Bug & Pickle is committed to respecting your privacy. Your credit card and private information is protected when your order from us. We process payments through PayPal (but don’t worry, you don’t need a PayPal account) and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal payments (of course).

PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This means your information is secure and safe when you order with us. However we always recommend you log off when not using your account, which increases the security of your information. We’re anti-spam and do not and will never distribute your information to any third parties. Any personal information we request from you is only for the purpose of ordering or for our e-newsletter.


Return & Exchange Policy

We’re almost certain you’ll be happy with our products, but if you are not satisfied you are welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of the date received.
Here’s how:

Send us the unused portion and include a copy of the original invoice. Also include your name, address, phone number and email address and let us know if you’d like a replacement or refund. What we’d like most of all is your feedback. Let us know why or how the product didn’t meet your expectation and how we can improve it.

Shipping

We currently ship to the USA and Canada, but if you live outside of North America and need a Bug & Pickle fix send us a quick email to: bpnaturally@gmail.com and we’ll work something out, we’ve done it before and we’re happy to do it again!

We ship our products using UPS. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays we will contact you by email or phone.
